Job description
The Marketing Strategies Lead Officer is responsible for leading the Marketing Strategies team and developing impactful marketing strategies tailored to the needs of internal clients. The role involves collaborating with the Marketing Operations team to ensure strategic alignment, managing marketing projects, conducting market research, and maintaining consistent branding. This position also requires evaluating strategy performance, preparing department reports, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities, while fostering strong relationships within and outside the organization.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Marketing Strategies team, ensuring the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies
- Work with internal clients to understand their marketing needs and develop tailored communication strategies
- Coordinate with the Marketing Operations team to ensure the execution of marketing campaigns aligns with strategic objectives
- Oversee the planning and management of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives
- Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company’s standards
- Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
- Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image
Experience & skills
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or similar is required
- Master Degree is preferred
- Professional Certification is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, market research, strategic planning, and project management
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research tools and methodologies
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
