Responsibilities include overseeing design documentation, reviewing materials and specifications, conducting on-site inspections, and ensuring adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks. The Director also stays informed of emerging trends, technologies, and materials in hardscape design to ensure that Qiddiya’s built environment remains cutting-edge and environmentally responsible. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director prepares strategic reports and presentations, engages with community and regulatory stakeholders, and drives excellence across all aspects of hardscape design and execution.
