Job description
Commercial office assets at Qiddiya move through concept, design, procurement, construction and handover, and this Development Manager carries them through every stage. The position sits within the Commercial Office Business Unit in Riyadh and is based on site. Development briefs, project execution plans, budgets, schedules and business cases all start with you. Multidisciplinary consultants need steering so their design solutions meet business, operational and commercial objectives. Procurement support covers tender strategies, bid evaluations and contract awards, and once contractors are in place, variations, claims and contractual obligations need close management. Governance and approvals run across internal and external parties, with Delivery, Commercial, Leasing, Operations, Finance and Legal teams all involved. Budgets, forecasts and financial performance are tracked against approved business objectives. Most candidates bring 5 to 7 years in real estate development, project management, design management or construction, including commercial office, mixed-use or large-scale developments. Middle East or GCC experience, particularly in giga-project environments, is preferred.
