Job description
The Mobility Country Advisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective delivery of corporate mobility services within the country. The position requires deep expertise in local mobility operations, immigration regulations, and compliance frameworks specific to Saudi Arabia, including QIWA, GOSI, SEC, SOCPA registration, and Saudization requirements. The advisor will act as the central point of contact for escalations, providing local insights and guidance to business leaders, mobility specialists, and corporate functions. The role emphasizes strategic advisory and partnership, requiring proactive engagement with key stakeholders and large-scale projects in the region. Responsibilities include building strong and enduring relationships with senior management, driving stakeholder education on mobility processes, and aligning mobility operations with global corporate strategy (GCP). The Mobility Country Advisor will support compliance, facilitate immigration and employment processes, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions. This role combines operational execution with strategic influence, ensuring mobility policies are locally compliant, efficiently executed, and aligned with organizational standards.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery and compliance of corporate mobility services across Saudi Arabia.
- Manage and resolve escalations, providing local context and solutions to complex mobility issues.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders and corporate functions to support mobility initiatives.
- Act as the primary advisor on Saudi-specific mobility regulations including immigration, QIWA, GOSI, and social security frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with SEC/SOCPA registration and Saudization policies in line with national employment standards.
- Provide data-driven advisory to leadership and service groups on mobility trends, risks, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with immigration specialists and the DL MU/Country MSL to streamline operations and maintain compliance.
- Engage proactively with major projects in the country to ensure effective mobility planning and execution.
- Educate stakeholders on mobility frameworks, policies, and compliance obligations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction in mobility service delivery.
Experience & skills
- Saudi National with in-depth understanding of local labor and immigration regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law.
- Proven knowledge of Saudi Arabian immigration systems and platforms including QIWA and GOSI.
- Familiarity with SEC and SOCPA registration processes and Saudization compliance requirements.
- Experience in global mobility, business operations management, or client service functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service capabilities with a focus on relationship-building.
- Ability to provide strategic, data-driven advisory to business leaders and corporate teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and service quality.
