Job description
As a Professional Services Account Executive at Adobe in Riyadh, you will own the sales strategy for Adobe’s Professional Services across assigned accounts. This role involves building executive-level client relationships, aligning consultancy and implementation services to client goals, and driving digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and Adobe Partners to execute deals, ensure successful project delivery, and maintain long-term client advocacy.

- Own account planning, opportunity management, and accurate forecasting for Professional Services in the Middle East
- Negotiate and close consulting engagements that deliver measurable business value using Adobe solutions
- Develop and maintain deep relationships at executive and operational levels within client organizations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and Adobe Partners to ensure seamless deal execution
- Develop customized, value-driven proposals and lead contracting processes
- Track project success and drive long-term client advocacy by highlighting outcomes and uncovering new opportunities
- Provide thought leadership, innovation insights, and business value articulation to clients
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes and expand the Adobe footprint in assigned accounts
- Support delivery teams to ensure projects meet client goals and achieve exceptional outcomes
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in SaaS, technology, or consulting environments
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships at executive levels within the Middle East
- Experience in engagement management, consulting, or project management is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Adobe products, digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce solutions
- Ability to navigate global procurement processes and close complex contracts
- Strategic mindset with methodical approach to sales planning, pipeline management, and execution
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and proposal writing skills
- Customer-centric with demonstrated ability to identify and solve client challenges
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as required
