Senior Account Manager - Enterprise/Mid-Market (Business Consultant) role at Property Finder in Dubai, responsible for retaining and expanding customer base through strategic business consultations, coaching, and data-driven decision-making while managing a designated portfolio within a specific Emirate, with bonus compensation tied to achievement of key performance targets. Reports to Segment Director. Requires mastery of the Property Finder solution portfolio to act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for customer account management, identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities across existing client portfolios. Role includes creating and managing account plans, preparing and delivering business proposals, and using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and align them with suitable solutions and listing packages. Sells, cross-sells, and upsells technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions to existing Real Estate Brokerages while cultivating enduring client relationships through consistent support and consultation. Maintains accurate documentation of opportunities and activities in Property Finder's SalesForce CRM on a weekly basis and predicts weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts with a high degree of accuracy. Negotiates contracts, finalizes agreements, manages collections, and collaborates with clients and finance teams for timely payment reconciliation, while working across an elaborate stakeholder landscape and collaborating with internal departments to meet client requests promptly. Desired qualifications include bachelorās degree in business, marketing, or related field; minimum 5 years professional B2B SaaS/subscription sales experience with proven track record achieving sales targets; strong analytical capability to interpret client data and propose solutions to maximize ROI; computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and experience using CRM tools (SalesForce experience a plus), and desirable understanding of the real estate industry and ability to work in cross-cultural teams and navigate complex decision-making processes within client organizations.

- Master the Property Finder solution portfolio to become a subject matter expert for technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities while serving as the primary point of contact for customer account management within a designated portfolio in a specific Emirate
- Manage existing client portfolios and create and manage account plans for Enterprise and Mid-Market customers
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and align customer needs and preferences with suitable solutions and listing packages using a consultative selling approach
- Sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions to existing Real Estate Brokerages
- Cultivate and sustain enduring client relationships through consistent support and consultation and maintain customer centric relationships leading to win-win engagement
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of opportunities and activities in Property Finder's SalesForce CRM on a weekly basis
- Predict weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts with a high degree of accuracy and track performance against key targets tied to bonus compensation
- Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and manage collections to optimize mutual interests
- Collaborate with clients and finance teams to ensure timely payment reconciliation
- Manage an elaborate stakeholder landscape within client accounts and work collaboratively with internal departments to meet client requests promptly
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of professional B2B sales experience in a SaaS or subscription environment with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Be able to manage a designated portfolio within a specific Emirate and retain and expand customer base through strategic business consultations and coaching
- Be able to interpret client data and propose solutions to maximize ROI
- Be able to create and manage account plans, prepare and deliver business proposals, and apply consultative selling to align needs with solutions and listing packages
- Be able to sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions and manage contract negotiation, agreement finalization, and collections
- Be able to maintain weekly documentation of opportunities and activities in SalesForce CRM and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts
- Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have solid experience using CRM tools with SalesForce experience as a plus
- Have desirable understanding of the real estate industry and be able to navigate complex decision-making processes and communicate with key decision-makers
- Be able to collaborate with finance teams for payment reconciliation and with internal departments to meet client requests promptly in a cross-cultural team environment
