Job description
The BMS Operator role in Dubai & Northern Emirates within a project-based facilities environment is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) that control and supervise critical building infrastructure. The role ensures continuous monitoring of HVAC systems, electrical systems, mechanical systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems, and other building automation components to maintain optimal operational performance, safety, and energy efficiency. The operator is responsible for detecting system faults, alarms, and abnormalities, performing initial diagnostics, and escalating issues to maintenance or engineering teams as required. The role supports preventive maintenance activities and contributes to maintaining uninterrupted building operations in line with facility management standards. The position requires working in a control room environment where real-time system data is analyzed to ensure building systems function within defined parameters. The BMS Operator plays a key role in ensuring occupant comfort, safety compliance, and operational efficiency across large-scale project environments in the UAE.

- Monitor Building Management System (BMS) dashboards and control interfaces in real time
- Track HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems for performance and faults
- Respond to system alarms and escalate issues to relevant technical teams
