Job description
To manage the implementation of Quality policies and standard operating procedures and to align with RSG corporate, local and international standard requirements and best practices to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and complies with all relevant regulations. Responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance Program implementation aligned with guest experience objectives and targets.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the Quality Assurance function and monitor performance.
- Assist with the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and execute the strategic agenda of the Quality Assurance function.
- Contribute to the preparation of the functional budget and monitor financial performance.
- Provide support in obtaining international standard certification, maintain Quality policies and procedures aligned with RSG Management System.
- Responsible for all aspects of Assurance within Mobility operations including Quality Management, HSE, Risk Management, and Business Resilience.
- Establish and maintain the document control library and systems to support ISO certification.
- Monitor quality KPIs to ascertain effectiveness and efficiency of goals.
- Assist the operations team in probing customer complaints and reviewing risks and opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of Quality Plans and procedures.
- Review Quality Plans, procedures and other documents as required.
- Establish auditing and compliance controls and ISO standard reporting.
- Support delivery of quality training and awareness and statutory compliance.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, scheduled audit programs, and quality meetings.
- Assist in accident and incident investigations and recommend preventive actions.
- Assist top management on site quality requirements and ensure compliance.
- Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
- Support in developing operational performance dashboards measuring customer feedback, quality improvements and financials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster a continuous improvement culture across operational areas.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 10 years’ practical experience in quality assurance.
- Degree or Diploma in Quality or other allied fields.
- Knowledge of management concepts including goal setting, planning and execution.
- Experience on major programs and projects preferably with developers.
- Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Courses, Six Sigma qualifications/accreditations, and quality-related training.
- Strong knowledge of relevant quality standards and principles.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements, international standards and best practice.
- Good knowledge of transportation business techniques and quality/safe work practices.
- Ability to prepare and update quality statistical tracking and trending data.
- Ability to carry out incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio).
