Job description
The Sales Director – UAE Real Estate Development is responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy across all projects within a Dubai-based real estate development organization. This on-site leadership role oversees the full sales lifecycle, including setting and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as well as growth KPIs to ensure sustained revenue growth and profitability. The position requires leading, coaching, and managing a high-performance sales organization comprising sales managers, sales consultants, and channel partners, while directly engaging with key clients and strategic partners to drive high-value transactions. The Sales Director coordinates closely with marketing, product, design, and operations teams to support project launches, client events, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and project positioning. The role includes presenting detailed sales reports, forecasts, challenges, and action plans to senior management, maintaining structured lead management processes, delivering sales training, and driving consistent target achievement. Strict adherence to UAE real estate regulations, including RERA and DLD compliance, as well as internal policy controls, is mandatory. The position requires 6+ years of UAE real estate sales experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role at a developer, with a proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets and managing performance-driven teams.

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 6+ years of UAE real estate sales experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role at a real estate developer managing sales managers, consultants, and channel partners
- Exhibit a proven track record of consistently hitting aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while driving revenue growth and profitability across multiple projects
- Show strong expertise in lead management, sales training, pipeline oversight, forecasting, and target achievement management within the UAE real estate market
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of UAE real estate regulations including RERA and DLD compliance requirements and ensure adherence to internal policy controls
- Demonstrate experience in setting growth KPIs, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and presenting performance insights, challenges, and action plans to senior management
- Exhibit capability to coordinate with marketing, product, design, and operations teams for project launches, branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and client events
- Maintain fluency in English with Arabic or other languages considered beneficial for client and stakeholder engagement in the UAE market
