ADCB's Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group serves government entities, financial institutions and large corporates in the UAE and across MENA, offering corporate, investment and transaction banking alongside financial market solutions. This Associate Relationship Manager role sits in the International Corporate Banking team in Dubai and is open to UAE Nationals only, on a 3-year fixed-term contract. Day to day, you support the team in winning new clients and looking after existing ones. Daily analysis of client interactions and changing needs feeds recommendations on cross-selling and new product opportunities. On the acquisition side, sourcing and analysing financial data for accurate credit applications is central, since it shapes the client onboarding experience. Client dossiers need to stay complete enough to give a 360-degree view of each client, and client visits help build up individual risk profiles. Portfolio growth comes from spotting new products and alternative channels that lift transaction volumes. At least 5 years of experience managing client relationships and portfolios is required, with solid balance sheet analysis and a good grasp of key financial ratios.
