Job description
Manage and deliver timely, friendly and error-free services for all customers to ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements by providing accurate financial transaction services (Cash Management, Security items, Cheques) as per the Bank's policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities
- Provide high levels of customer service for cash/teller functions by handling the process efficiently and reducing customer waiting time.
- Consistently meet and exceed service standards by reducing turnaround time.
- Adhere to all established Bank policies, manuals, service quality standards, and code of conduct.
- Ensure compliance with cash control procedures and Central Bank requirements to eliminate the risk of cash differences.
- Perform timely and accurate financial transactions including cash, security items, and cheques.
- Check notes and denominations to ensure accurate cash delivery to customers.
- Conduct accurate reconciliation of cash balances between physical cash and system figures.
- Act as custodian for securities and approvals for transactions exceeding teller limits.
- Ensure adequate cash balance for teller staff and supervise vault and safe room.
- Facilitate and participate in branch projects, service quality programs, and sales initiatives.
- Participate in achieving branch sales targets.
- Manage funds between branches and the Central Bank.
- Attend training programs to close skill gaps and ensure awareness of products, services, and procedures.
- Maintain effective relationships with supervisors and peers to support teamwork.
Experience & skills
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree and above.
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience in teller operations or related banking functions.
