Job description
The Specialist – Social Media role within the Group Communications Platform supports Mubadala’s Corporate Communications Department in building, protecting, and promoting the organization’s global brand reputation. The position focuses on crafting and executing day-to-day social media activities that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and commercial impact. The role requires strong content creation and writing expertise, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic messaging. Working within a dynamic and high-impact environment, the specialist contributes to delivering world-class corporate communications that support Mubadala’s growth objectives and global investment mandate.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily social media content aligned with Mubadala’s brand voice and strategic objectives
- Create compelling, commercially driven copy and multimedia content that enhances engagement and brand growth
- Manage and monitor social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality output
- Drive audience engagement through innovative content strategies and storytelling approaches
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with corporate priorities and campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Ensure all social media activities support reputation management and brand positioning objectives
Experience & skills
- 3–5 years of experience delivering high-performing social media strategies within top-tier agencies or leading global brands
- Proven ability to create commercially driven content and copy that accelerates brand growth and engagement
- Strong understanding of corporate communications and reputation management principles
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Experience in performance tracking and analytics to inform content strategy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong accountability
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex corporate messaging into engaging social content
