Job description
The Consultant Account Services Associate role at Emirates NBD is a client-facing and operations support position within the banking and financial services sector in the United Arab Emirates. The role supports assigned customer populations by responding to emails, service requests, and inbound or outbound client calls, providing precise and accurate information using approved internal resources. The position requires adherence to standard operating procedures, service level agreements, turnaround time targets, and compliance quality parameters while maintaining strict information security and data privacy standards. The associate is responsible for follow-ups on calls, emails, and service requests, managing document reviews, coordinating biker appointments, and ensuring daily dialer login and connectivity requirements are met. The role includes responding to queries and complaints from internal and external units, researching information, producing accurate reports, and tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs. The position operates in a high-volume, high-pressure banking environment and supports Emirates NBDâs digital-first operating model, contributing to service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
