Job description
The Organizational Design Specialist in Riyadh is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing organizational structures, roles, and workflows to align with strategic business objectives. This role enhances operational efficiency, clarifies roles, optimizes talent allocation, and supports organizational agility. The specialist ensures workforce planning and process improvement strategies are applied to strengthen the company’s operational frameworks. They support change management initiatives by guiding leadership during transitions, minimizing disruption, and fostering a high-performance culture. The position also involves creating scalable organizational structures and functional charts, translating business strategies into measurable departmental objectives, and leveraging data to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making. The specialist works across HR systems, including SAP or Oracle, and ensures compliance with Saudi Labor Law and local market trends while supporting workforce transformation and performance optimization across business units.

Key responsibilities
- Define and implement organizational structures and operating models that support strategic business goals
- Analyze organizational data to identify inefficiencies, workforce gaps, and opportunities for restructuring
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
- Design scalable organizational frameworks that accommodate growth and evolving business needs
- Translate high-level strategies into measurable performance objectives for business units and departments
- Develop organizational charts and visual tools to support decision-making beyond directory purposes
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on evidence-based organizational analysis
- Support workforce optimization and ensure alignment between roles, responsibilities, and business objectives
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in HR, organizational design, consulting, workforce transformation, or HR management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, or other compensation/HR software)
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local market trends
- Strong analytical skills with data literacy and ability to provide actionable insights
- Systems thinking and strategic facilitation capabilities
- Expertise in change management and organizational process improvement
- Ability to design scalable organizational frameworks and align business unit objectives with overall strategy
- Native proficiency in Arabic and excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking)
