Job description
The Assistant Manager ā Learning and Development at Madinat Jumeirah Resort supports internal and external quality audits including Forbes, LQA and internal inspections by reviewing reports, monitoring Medallia trends, tracking action plans and following up with departments to close gaps. The role coordinates with Department Trainers to plan, deliver and track On-Job Trainings, ensuring alignment with Forbes and LQA service standards and brand behaviours. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating learning and quality systems such as Tahweel, Axonify, audit trackers and Medallia dashboards, ensuring all activities are accurately logged, and analyzing training, audit and Medallia data to generate monthly insights supporting operational improvement and quality enhancement. The role collaborates with Operations, HR, Department Heads and external training partners to support quality initiatives, learning sessions and compliance, and ensures adherence to Learning & Development and Quality SOPs, HSE, grooming and brand standards while driving continuous improvement across departments. The position requires 1ā2 years of experience in quality, learning and development, human resources or similar administrative or training coordination roles, a bachelorās degree in human resources, business administration, education or related fields, proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management tools, fluency in English and the ability to manage coordination, organization and attention to detail in a busy luxury hospitality environment.

Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorās degree in human resources, business administration, education or a related field
- Possess 1ā2 years of experience in quality, learning and development, HR or similar administrative or training coordination roles
- Be proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and data management tools
- Demonstrate organizational, communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative and service-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Have fluency in English
