Job description
Mayak, a luxury real estate company based in Dubai's Business Bay, is seeking a Head of Sales Department for its Secondary Market division. This senior leadership role involves managing the sales department, organizing workflows, setting and monitoring individual sales plans, and ensuring KPI compliance among managers. The position requires increasing sales conversion rates, supporting and mentoring sales managers, developing strategies to attract and retain corporate clients, implementing measures to enhance security, attract customers, and boost overall sales performance. The Head of Sales will analyze market and competitive trends to inform strategic decisions, oversee departmental operations, and drive professional growth among the team. The role includes full-time office-based work, utilizing CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and company-provided technology such as laptops, iPhones, and IP-telephony.

Key responsibilities
- Manage overall sales operations in the secondary housing market, ensuring alignment with company targets
- Organize department workflow and coordinate tasks across sales teams to optimize efficiency and performance
- Set individual sales plans for team members and monitor their implementation to achieve KPIs
- Oversee quality control of managers’ work, ensuring high standards and consistency across the department
- Increase the conversion rates of the sales funnel through targeted coaching, process improvements, and performance monitoring
- Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to sales managers to enhance performance and client engagement
- Develop and implement measures to ensure customer attraction, safety, and increased sales
- Analyze the real estate market and competitive landscape to inform strategic sales initiatives
- Design and execute strategies for attracting and managing corporate clients
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, IT, legal, and brokers to enhance sales operations
Experience & skills
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in sales or real estate agency roles
- Fluency in English and Russian (B2-C2 level)
- Strong leadership qualities with result-oriented mindset and ability to unify teams toward common goals
- Advanced negotiation skills across multiple levels of complexity
- Proven experience in attracting and managing corporate clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strategic thinking with a broad outlook and sociable personality
- High level of personal suitability and professional competence in luxury real estate sales
- Ability to organize, monitor, and improve departmental sales processes and performance
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies, increasing customer acquisition, and optimizing sales operations
