Job description
Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on partnering with customers to achieve strategic goals. This team is responsible for providing differentiated customer experience, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes, and driving revenue growth. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will drive transformation across Microsoft’s Financial Services businesses in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of sellers to execute Go-to-Market strategies, engage senior-level customers, and deliver industry-relevant solutions that propel business transformation. This role requires a proven history of driving growth, achieving sales targets, managing high-performing teams, and leading digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Develop a high-performing sales team to expand strategic customer relationships and drive business growth
- Lead the jointly agreed customer multi-year Digital Transformation strategy
- Disrupt customer and sales team mindsets with innovative ideas showcasing Microsoft's value proposition
- Present and demonstrate key solutions and technical architectures aligned to customer maturity frameworks
- Lead discussions and implementation of digital transformation projects
- Plan and oversee structuring deals and defining negotiation strategies for customer accounts
- Maintain focus on customer-facing time by delivering on agreed Digital Transformation strategies
- Ensure rigorous compliance with the sales process
- Continuously nurture sales, industry, technology, and competitive knowledge
- Provide insights and feedback from customers and partners to improve industry solutions and offerings
Experience & skills
- Strong sales and business background within the Financial Services Industry in the Saudi market
- Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams to achieve quota and sustainable growth
- Experience selling software solutions, preferably Microsoft software and devices
- Knowledge of cloud and AI solutions
- Strong business planning and coaching skills
- Executive presence and ability to build trust with senior decision makers
- Proven ability to drive digital transformation in competitive environments
- Experience leading and driving the entire sales cycle
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
