The GTM Marketing and Communications Specialist, TMEA is a remote-based role located in the United Arab Emirates and operates within the Marketing support function. The position is responsible for driving and supporting B2B go-to-market marketing initiatives across EMEA, with a specific focus on the TMEA markets, including Qatar, Kuwait, South Africa, broader Africa, and the Chemicals and Petrochemicals industry. Working as part of a small regional marketing team, the role focuses on executing multi-channel marketing projects and business development activities, including content production, press releases, event support, website maintenance, and social media activities. The role requires close collaboration with regional internal teams and external suppliers to manage marketing projects, ensure delivery against agreed actions, timelines, and budgets, and maintain accurate tracking, logs, and follow-ups. The specialist is responsible for uploading and maintaining website content, providing marketing assets, coordinating stakeholders, executing campaigns, generating and proofreading content, and continuously improving campaign performance through structured tracking and interpretation of results. The position operates in a global consulting context, supporting industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, metals and mining, oil, gas and energy, power and utilities, agribusiness, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, and private equity, while aligning with dss+’s broader focus on operational risk management, operational excellence, ESG, and sustainability transformation.

Key responsibilities
- Support and execute multi-channel B2B marketing activities across EMEA with a focus on TMEA markets, including content production, press releases, event support, website maintenance, and social media marketing
- Drive go-to-market marketing projects and business development initiatives aligned with regional and industry priorities
- Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring agreed actions are followed up, delivered on time, and executed within approved budgets
- Collaborate closely with regional internal teams and external suppliers to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Upload, manage, and maintain website content, provide marketing assets, and ensure accuracy and consistency across digital platforms
- Maintain tracking tools, logs, and status updates for marketing activities and follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns and generate high-quality marketing content
- Proofread written marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand and messaging standards
- Support campaign tracking, performance measurement, and interpretation of results to drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing or marketing project management, ideally gained within a services, agency, or management consulting environment
- Demonstrate practical knowledge and exposure to TMEA markets, including Qatar, Kuwait, South Africa, and Africa, with experience in Chemicals and Petrochemicals industries
- Exhibit strong experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across content, digital, events, and communications
- Demonstrate fluency in English and Arabic with proven capability in proofreading and quality control of written content
- Show proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, and automated marketing tools for campaign execution and tracking
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers in a remote working environment
