Tamara, Saudi Arabiaâs first fintech unicorn, is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to join its Builders Program â a 12-month graduate track designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in fintech. As a creative contributor, youâll support the design team in producing high-impact visuals across digital, web, and print platforms. This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience, contribute to real business challenges, and develop professionally with executive mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities
- Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital banners, and web visuals.
- Support brand consistency across all design deliverables and platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on campaign visuals and presentations.
- Assist in editing images, producing illustrations, and experimenting with various design styles.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute ideas to creative discussions and assist with executing design briefs efficiently.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
- 0â2 years of experience; internship or co-op training acceptable.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of academic or personal design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Basic understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to take direction and feedback while managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn within a dynamic, high-growth fintech environment.
