This mid-level role, based in Dubai and exclusively open to Emirati Nationals, is part of Accenture's Strategy & Consulting practice. The Finance Consultant will work within a multidisciplinary team to co-create tailored, tech-enabled transformation strategies for clients. The position requires applying financial concepts to design functional and technical solutions, facilitating application and process design sessions, and developing application components in EPM technologies like SAP and ORACLE. The consultant will lead work streams in consolidation implementations, including process leadership, testing, training, and UAT. Key deliverables include design documents, test plans, training materials, and procedural guides. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in financial advisory consulting, deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and familiarity with platforms like SAP and ORACLE, reporting tools like PowerBI and Tableau, and emerging technologies such as RPA, AI, and ML. Fluency in Arabic and English and the flexibility to travel are mandatory.
