Job description
The Regional Manager – Parts Sales at Al-Futtaim Automotive is tasked with leading strategic growth and operational execution across the designated region. This role involves driving sales performance, expanding market share, and maintaining superior customer service standards. The manager will oversee a diverse team, ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets and business growth objectives. Responsibilities include mentoring sales supervisors, monitoring team performance against KPIs, analyzing revenue trends, managing budgets and sales forecasts, and implementing corrective measures as needed. The role also entails building strong relationships with key customers, overseeing customer credit limits, conducting joint field visits, collaborating with product development teams, and supervising training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with 8–10 years of experience in the automotive dealership sector, specifically in parts sales, and at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.

Key responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of regional sales targets and business growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Supervisors and sales professionals
- Monitor sales team performance against KPIs and ensure consistent goal achievement
- Track monthly sales performance, analyze revenue trends, and evaluate market share progression
- Prepare and manage budgets and sales forecasts; implement corrective measures where necessary
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
- Oversee customer credit limits, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure compliance with internal financial policies
- Conduct joint field visits with Field Sales Executives to assess performance and ensure adherence to company standards
- Collaborate with the product development team to align product offerings with market demands and maintain competitive pricing strategies
- Supervise training programs aimed at enhancing product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer service excellence within the team
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 8–10 years of experience within the automotive dealership sector, specifically in the parts business
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
- Strong organizational, leadership, and customer-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong strategic and operational understanding of the parts sales function
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
