Job description
KBR is seeking a driven Business Analyst ā Operations to support the Senior Director of Operations in the Technology Solutions unit. This role is focused on supporting strategic and operational initiatives across a multi-country operation including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Iraq. The successful candidate will contribute to executive-level reporting, financial and business analysis, and project progress tracking. The analyst will be responsible for preparing high-level presentations, interpreting financial data, supporting bidding activities, and engaging stakeholders across various functions. This position provides high exposure to leadership and direct involvement in strategic decision-making. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in engineering or business disciplines, commercial acumen, and experience in finance, operations, or procurement, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Support the Senior Director in coordinating and following up on strategic initiatives
- Track project actions and ensure timely completion by functional managers
- Analyze financial data and management reports to support cost reviews and planning
- Create and report business dashboards and performance metrics
- Develop high-quality presentations for executives, board members, and clients
- Assist in business development activities including bid preparation and client engagement
- Independently engage stakeholders and progress strategic initiatives
- Travel to project sites across KSA, Qatar, and Iraq to support operations and gather insights
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Business, MIS, or related discipline (Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, operations, procurement, or bidding
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to interpret financial information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong report writing and presentation development skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly in the Middle East
