The Consulting Analyst – Chemicals & Materials role within the Growth Advisory practice in Dubai focuses on supporting chemicals and materials companies in shaping future portfolios amid industry disruption driven by sustainability, new business models, supply chain constraints, reshoring, and digitization. The role involves conducting in-depth business-to-business research using telephone interviews and secondary research sources, analyzing industry trends and data, and producing client-focused reports, briefings, presentations, and project materials. The analyst contributes to high-quality project outputs including market sizing, forecasting, competitive and market share analysis, and the development of strategic recommendations. The role targets candidates with applied experience across segments such as Basic Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Plastics & Composites, CASE, and Construction Materials. The position requires strong expertise in research methodologies, strategic marketing, and consulting within the Chemicals & Materials sector, along with proven client interaction experience. The analyst operates in fast-paced, innovative environments, collaborates across global matrix organizations, and delivers executive-level research narratives that translate complex data into actionable business insights aligned with Frost & Sullivan’s Growth Pipeline Management system.

Experience & skills
- Hold an advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in consulting, research, or market analysis within the Chemicals & Materials sector
- Demonstrate deep expertise in research methodologies and strategic marketing
- Exhibit proven success in direct client interaction within consulting engagements
- Show strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical rigor
- Demonstrate leadership experience in driving research initiatives and managing multiple priorities
