Job description
As a Visual Merchandising Executive, you will lead the visual execution of brand identity across offline sales channels. Your role will ensure that each store reflects the brand’s aesthetics while also aligning with commercial goals. Responsibilities include executing visual displays, monitoring merchandising compliance, training in-store teams, and supporting seasonal and campaign activations. You will collaborate with multiple departments to maintain visual consistency, maximize product visibility, and drive sell-through across retail locations.

Key responsibilities
- Translate brand visual strategy into in-store execution across multiple locations
- Plan and implement floor layouts, fixture setups, and seasonal displays
- Ensure accurate and consistent application of visual guidelines and standards
- Execute product zoning and display updates based on sales data and customer flow
- Analyze visual impact and suggest improvements to drive sales
- Coordinate with stock teams to ensure display products are available and replenished
- Train store staff on VM standards and daily visual discipline
- Maintain visual assets, lighting, and displays to brand standards
- Manage schedules and rollouts for product launches and campaigns
- Mentor and coach junior visual assistants or display staff
Experience & skills
- 3–5 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably managing multiple stores
- Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or related field
- Strong design sensibility and commercial awareness
- Attention to detail in display execution and maintenance
- Time management and coordination skills
- English fluency; Arabic or other languages a plus
