The AV Manager – Audio-Visual Operations (Luxury & Lifestyle) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is responsible for overseeing all audio-visual operations within a luxury hospitality environment, leading a team of AV professionals, and ensuring the seamless execution of advanced Audio-Visual systems across the organization. The role includes planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive AV setups for corporate events, conferences, presentations, and specialized productions, while delivering exceptional technical support and maintaining state-of-the-art AV equipment and facilities. The AV Manager develops and maintains detailed AV equipment inventory systems, ensures optimal maintenance schedules, manages timely upgrades, and guarantees compliance with industry standards and safety regulations specific to the Riyadh market. Financial responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing budgets for AV operations, equipment purchases, and departmental initiatives, with proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and vendor management. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, Engineering principles, AV equipment, and current industry technologies, as well as proven expertise in project management and event production coordination. The AV Manager collaborates with clients, event planners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to deliver tailored AV solutions, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure business continuity, and provide expert technical guidance for complex AV projects. The position also involves developing, documenting, and implementing standardized operating procedures, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting performance reviews, mentoring and supervising the AV team, and fostering professional development. Industry-recognized certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), CTS-I, or CTS-D are highly desirable. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as operational needs require, the ability to adapt to regional requirements, willingness to relocate to Riyadh, and experience within hospitality, entertainment, corporate events, or similar industries. The AV Manager supports daily AV operations, coordinates event productions, maintains proper setup and functionality of AV systems, and ensures consistent, safe, and high-quality AV service delivery within a collaborative, multicultural environment.

- Develop and maintain AV equipment inventory systems, manage maintenance schedules and upgrades, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Create and manage budgets for AV operations, equipment purchases, and departmental initiatives while performing financial planning and vendor management.
- Collaborate with clients, event planners, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored AV solutions and provide expert technical guidance for complex projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and conduct performance reviews to maintain operational excellence and team effectiveness.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years professional experience in AV management, audio-visual operations, or a related supervisory role.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Audio-Visual systems, AV equipment, and current industry technologies.
- Exhibit proven expertise in project management and event production coordination within hospitality, entertainment, corporate events, or similar industries.
- Maintain proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and vendor management for AV operations.
- Hold industry-recognized certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), CTS-I, or CTS-D as highly desirable credentials.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capability, compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Show willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and ability to adapt to regional requirements in a multicultural environment.
