Job description
The Senior Associate β Early Careers Recruiter plays a key role in developing and executing campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential interns and graduates across the Middle East and North Africa region. The role involves partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for early-career candidates, and building strong relationships with universities and student communities. Acting as a representative of the organization on campus, the recruiter drives employer branding initiatives, organizes recruitment events, and ensures a seamless and engaging candidate experience from attraction through hiring.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and service lines to understand hiring requirements, workforce plans, and candidate profiles for early careers roles.
- Design and implement data-driven campus recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and national talent development initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and graduates, including sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Lead internship recruitment programs and focus on converting high-performing interns into full-time graduate hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculty members, career service offices, and student organizations across the region.
- Plan and execute campus engagement activities such as career fairs, networking events, workshops, and employer branding campaigns.
- Coordinate online assessments, assessment centres, and interviews while ensuring fairness, transparency, and a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring data to track progress, identify challenges, and improve recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment management systems and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
- Deliver presentations and workshops to students, graduates, and internal stakeholders to promote career opportunities and employer branding.
Experience & skills
- UAE National (Emirati) as part of national talent development initiatives.
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 3β5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or campus recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of early careers hiring practices and university recruitment strategies.
- Experience managing assessment centres and recruitment events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for recruitment reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with recruitment management systems such as SuccessFactors, Yello, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects across locations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective recruitment outcomes.
