Job description
The Partner Operations Manager - TikTok LIVE (Arabic Speaking) is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem across the MENA region by managing agency partnerships, driving creator growth, and enabling monetisation strategies. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on owning and incubating a portfolio of agencies through structured account management, community operations, and data-driven execution. Responsibilities include setting monthly and quarterly priorities, conducting business reviews, tracking KPIs, and converting performance gaps into action plans. The role involves onboarding and developing agency partners, designing incubation programs, managing community engagement, and executing incentive-driven campaigns to enhance creator onboarding, retention, and revenue growth. The position requires monitoring and evaluating performance metrics such as activity levels, revenue contribution, and growth trends, while delivering insights and recommendations through dashboards and reporting tools. The role also requires collaboration with Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data teams, conducting partner workshops and training sessions, and ensuring compliance with TikTok LIVE community guidelines, brand values, and safety standards. The role emphasizes expertise in account management, partner development, data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, Business Intelligence tools, and familiarity with live streaming ecosystems and monetisation products within the creator economy.

Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of agency partners by setting priorities, defining success plans, and tracking creator growth, activity, and revenue targets
- Conduct structured business reviews including weekly check-ins and monthly performance reviews, converting gaps into actionable plans
- Coordinate internal resources to align campaigns, content support, and policy education with agency needs
- Maintain portfolio governance including account plans, escalation tracking, and resolution of operational and compliance issues
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential agencies and talent organizations to expand the TikTok LIVE ecosystem
- Develop and manage agency communities to improve engagement, retention, and performance
- Design and execute incubation programs including agency enablement, creator recruitment, and monetisation acceleration
- Plan and execute incentive-driven campaigns to increase creator onboarding, revenue growth, and agency participation
- Monitor and analyze agency and creator performance metrics including activity levels, revenue, and growth trends
- Provide performance updates, reporting, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, Product, and Data to drive growth initiatives
- Lead partner workshops, training sessions, and ensure compliance with TikTok LIVE community guidelines and safety standards
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in account management, partner management, business development, or operations within digital media, social platforms, or creator economy
- Experience working with agencies, MCNs, talent managers, or creator-focused organizations
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets and managing KPIs and reporting
- Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English
- Experience managing partner portfolios, account plans, and business reviews with measurable outcomes
- Experience designing partner programs, community operations, or incubation frameworks
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and dashboard reporting
- Knowledge of TikTok LIVE, live streaming ecosystems, or creator monetisation products
- Ability to support creator recruitment, activation, retention, and revenue growth initiatives
