The Vice President – Financial Institutions Coverage Banking role sits within a well-established international bank with a strong presence across global financial markets, delivering sophisticated corporate finance solutions. The role is responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end execution of banking transactions for financial institution clients, covering origination, due diligence, structuring, and closing. The position spans multiple product areas including syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, and loan capital markets, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders across regions. The Vice President prepares and supervises credit applications, conducts detailed financial analysis and financial modelling, leads deal teams through complex transaction processes, and supports strategic initiatives and business development. The role includes customer-facing responsibilities such as KYC, due diligence, and relationship management, as well as the development of marketing materials and delivery of client presentations within a professional, execution-focused banking environment.
