Job description
The Senior Manager – Client Services at ITL Saudi Arabia in Riyadh is responsible for leading client engagement, account growth, and strategic relationship management across multiple accounts, generating ~$80M in annual revenue. This role requires coordinating internal pursuit teams, managing proposals, overseeing contracts and MSAs, ensuring collections, and aligning account strategies with business objectives. The incumbent also serves as the key interface for client escalations, relationship management, and cross-functional execution support.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies, including opportunity identification and qualification.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and negotiation to drive deal closure.
- Facilitate contracting, MSAs, and SOW approvals, ensuring minimal risk and swift closure.
- Conduct account planning, market share analysis, and stakeholder mapping.
- Anchor client meetings, establish agendas, and drive account mining initiatives to uncover new opportunities.
- Oversee account operations including SOW sign-off, AR collections, and post-delivery support.
- Manage relationships with CXOs, business, and IT leaders to maintain Infosys as a trusted partner.
- Coordinate across internal teams including HBUs, IBUs, Finance, Legal, HR, and external partners.
- Coach and mentor associate business development managers and client services managers.
- Monitor performance metrics such as revenue growth, deal closure, and customer satisfaction indices.
Experience & skills
- Engineering graduate with 11+ years of relevant experience (higher proficiency: 14+ years).
- Experience in IT outsourcing, client engagement, and global markets.
- Strong knowledge of financial and statistical analysis, business case creation, and contract management.
- Proven experience in proposal development, account management, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and consultative skills.
- Ability to navigate complex client organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with legal, contracting, and commercial issues in IT services.
