Job description
The Community Lead at Noon Academy in Riyadh is responsible for building and nurturing the community around Noon schools, connecting students, parents, and staff through clear communication, engagement, and culture-driven activities. The role requires ownership of parent communication, student progress reports, announcements, and major event coordination, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and timeliness. The position designs student life activities and clubs aligned with Noonâs educational values, creating toolkits and guides for consistent campus execution. Community management includes online platforms like WhatsApp and Discord, with a structured content plan and frequency strategy. The role collaborates with School Leads, Supervisors, Marketing/Communications, and Data & Student Success teams to deliver actionable insights, support learning at home, and enhance parent and student engagement. The position demands proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint for creating visual content, strong Arabic writing skills, experience in running events or activities, and the ability to capture and share stories through photos, newsletters, and community highlights. Exposure to education, youth programs, or NGOs, along with bilingual Arabic-English communication, is considered advantageous.

Key responsibilities
- Own parent communication templates and sending plans for student progress, reports, announcements, and reminders, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and timeliness
- Collaborate with Data & Student Success to maintain report accuracy and provide actionable guidance for parents
- Design and program parent-facing events including Parent Days, seminars, and webinars on exams, study skills, and teenage life
- Shape the flow, activities, materials, and follow-up for parent events, coordinating with School Leads to ensure welcoming and structured experiences
- Design and coordinate student activities and clubs aligned with Noon values to build skills in public speaking, leadership, and collaboration while fostering belonging
- Create toolkits including guides, templates, and posters for campuses to run student activities locally
- Capture and share stories from schools via photos, highlights, monthly newsletters, and community updates
- Manage online communities by defining channels, content strategy, and engagement frequency for students and parents
Experience & skills
- 0â3 years of experience in community management, communications, events, student affairs, or related fields
- Strong Arabic writing skills for WhatsApp messages, emails, and reports
- Creative design skills using Canva and PowerPoint, with the ability to work with designers
- Experience designing and running events or activities for parents, youth, or communities
- Comfortable collaborating with school staff and students to collect feedback and implement improvements
- Effective communication skills to explain concepts simply and engage people
- Experience in education, youth programs, or NGOs is preferred
- Experience managing online communities on platforms such as WhatsApp and Discord is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is advantageous
