Job description
Corporate events, sponsorships and client engagement platforms are how First Abu Dhabi Bank brings its brand to life with clients, partners, government entities and employees, and this Abu Dhabi position manages a share of that portfolio. Each assigned initiative is run end to end, from event plans, timelines, budgets, production briefs and run-of-shows through to post-event evaluation. Venues, logistics, production, protocol, branding, registration, hospitality and guest experience all need coordinating. Sponsorship opportunities are assessed for strategic relevance, audience, brand fit, rights value and expected return, and contractual rights are tracked and delivered once deals are signed. Senior executives, business units, Marketing, Communications, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and Finance are regular partners. Purchase requests, supplier onboarding, invoices and cost tracking follow FAB's procurement and financial governance rules. Reports after each event or activation capture attendance, client engagement, media value, budget performance and lessons learned. Representing FAB at core events and keeping a strong external network are part of the job. At least 5 years in events, sponsorships, marketing or stakeholder engagement, ideally in financial services, government or a large corporate, is required.
