Job description
The Partner Account Manager for Turkey & Qatar at Cloudflare is responsible for developing and managing strategic partner relationships to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role focuses on building and executing partner strategies, managing global partner ecosystems, and aligning go-to-market initiatives with business objectives. The position requires collaboration with sales, technical, and marketing teams to support partners across the full sales lifecycle. The Partner Account Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop joint business plans, enable partner sales teams, and optimize incentive programs. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, managing demand generation campaigns, and ensuring alignment between Cloudflare and partner organizations to achieve growth objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner strategies for Turkey and Qatar to drive partner-sourced revenue and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and senior executives within partner organizations
- Lead joint business planning and execution with partners to align on growth objectives and performance targets
- Collaborate with internal sales teams on territory planning and partner alignment
- Drive partner enablement initiatives including training, certifications, and sales readiness programs
- Coordinate demand generation and go-to-market activities with partners and internal teams
- Manage partner incentive programs including MDF, SPIFF, and other growth initiatives
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
- Support the full partner sales lifecycle from opportunity registration to deal closure
- Influence partner go-to-market strategies to align with Cloudflare’s business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Travel across Turkey and Qatar to support partner engagement and growth initiatives
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or security sales
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and business growth
- Experience working with senior executives within partner organizations
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and cybersecurity solutions
- Experience managing partner programs and incentive structures such as MDF and SPIFF
- Ability to manage complex global partner relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Willingness to travel 30–50% based on business requirements
