Job description
The TikTok LIVE Content Strategy and Operations Manager (Middle East) role is based in Dubai and sits within TikTok’s LIVE Operations team, which is responsible for content strategy, monetization, gifting systems, LIVE features, data analysis, campaign creation, and maintaining a fun and safe environment for LIVE users. This position focuses on shaping and executing live streaming content strategy across the Middle East region, leveraging deep understanding of Middle Eastern culture, market trends, and creator behavior. The role involves analyzing live streaming content and industry trends, developing regionally tailored content strategies to encourage creators to go live and improve content quality while aligning with TikTok’s global brand. The manager will independently lead live streaming projects end-to-end, coordinating across content, marketing, and product teams. Responsibilities include integrating online and offline resources to scale live streaming initiatives, driving large-scale regional implementation, and maximizing creator engagement and reach. The role requires applying data analysis, including Excel-based analysis, to evaluate live creator performance, identify issues, recommend targeted solutions, and continuously optimize strategies to enhance user experience and platform growth. Fluency in Arabic and English is required to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders, and the role operates in a fast-paced digital content and live streaming environment focused on innovation, scalability, and impact.

Experience & skills
- Possess 3+ years of experience in live streaming operations, content strategy, or related fields with a proven track record in the Middle East market.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Middle East regional culture, traditions, and characteristics of Middle Eastern TikTok creators.
- Be proficient in both Arabic and English for collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic data analysis tools including Excel.
- Show passion for live streaming and the digital content industry.
- Demonstrate adaptability to fast-paced environments with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
