Job description
Stake, a leading real estate fintech company in the MENA region, is hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to join its dynamic Growth team. This role focuses on media buying and campaign execution across digital platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and X. You will play a key role in acquiring new users and driving growth by managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns. Arabic proficiency and experience with the Saudi Arabian market are required. The position offers a hybrid work setup, equity compensation, and the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in one of the regionās fastest-growing startups.

Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, and upload digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Snapchat
- Regularly upload creatives, set up audiences, manage budgets, and perform basic optimisations to improve campaign performance
- Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure targets are met; make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct basic reporting on campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, etc.) and maintain tracking hygiene using MMP tools (Adjust/Appsflyer)
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets align with campaign objectives
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in paid media channels
- Provide basic copywriting support for ad creatives and landing pages
Experience & skills
- 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and X Ads
- Basic understanding of mobile app marketing strategies and MMPs (AppsFlyer)
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable analyzing data from various platforms
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting purposes
- Basic copywriting skills for ad content creation
- Fluent Arabic (speaking/writing/reading); strong English communication skills
- Experience with Saudi Arabia market
