The Technology Strategy / Enterprise Architect Senior Manager – Defense Sector is a senior-level, full-time role based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, within Accenture Strategy & Consulting, part of Accenture, a leading global professional services company serving clients in more than 120 countries with approximately 799,000 people. The role operates at the intersection of technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation within the Defense/Military sector. In this position, the Senior Manager applies deep technology strategy development, enterprise architecture, operating model design, and technology value architecting skills to influence C-level client agendas through actionable technology insights. The role involves leading complex engagements end-to-end, including client satisfaction, value delivered, team management, and financial management, while originating business opportunities and driving business development efforts through successful sale closure. The position requires delivering core technology strategy offerings including IT & Digital technology strategy, Enterprise architecture, IT & Digital organization and operating model, Cloud, Data & Analytics, IT Cost reduction, and IT M&A. The Senior Manager collaborates with business, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the value of technology investments and ensure alignment with strategic priorities, drives technology transformation to achieve operational excellence, develops thought leadership assets with innovative and action-oriented insights, and builds internal technology strategy capabilities while leveraging ecosystem partnerships. The role demands strong data-driven consulting, business and technology value realization, awareness of technology trends, and industry experience in the Defense/Military sector either directly or through consulting engagements, with the ability to influence senior management decision-making and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tech-enabled transformation and sustainable value.
