The Administrator role within Riyad Bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is responsible for executing secretarial and administrative tasks to support the Division/Department Head and team members, ensuring smooth and continuous day-to-day operations within a structured banking environment. The role involves strict adherence to departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent execution of administrative duties. Core responsibilities include managing the Division/Department Head’s calendar by coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while prioritizing engagements and ensuring efficient time management. The role also includes screening and managing incoming calls, handling correspondence, and making follow-up communications on behalf of the department head. The administrator is responsible for reading, analyzing, and distributing incoming memos, submissions, and reports, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders receive timely and accurate communication. The role includes managing internal and external mail distribution and ensuring proper routing within the bank to maintain operational efficiency. In addition, the administrator develops and maintains departmental archives, ensuring accurate documentation, task logging, and records management for reporting and analysis purposes. The position requires preparing and participating in departmental meetings, recording meeting minutes, and distributing them to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. The administrator also supports report preparation by collating, extracting, and summarizing data while coordinating with internal parties to obtain additional information where needed. The role involves liaising with internal customers through phone and written communication to clarify information and ensure smooth administrative coordination. The administrator is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized work environments in compliance with Riyad Bank standards. Additionally, the role includes monitoring the performance of facility service providers and contractors, identifying deviations from contractual agreements, and escalating issues to management when necessary. The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance administrative processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. The administrator contributes to preparing timely and accurate reports in alignment with bank requirements and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards to maintain a safe working environment.

- Execute secretarial and administrative support tasks for Division/Department Heads to ensure smooth operational continuity
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and prioritize engagements efficiently
- Screen, manage, and respond to incoming calls, correspondence, and internal/external communications on behalf of department leadership
- Read, analyze, distribute, and follow up on incoming memos, reports, and submissions across the department
- Maintain departmental archives, logs, and documentation systems to ensure accurate records management and retrieval
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend departmental meetings, record minutes, and distribute finalized documentation to stakeholders
