Job description
Responsible for driving the growth, engagement, and revenue across Al Tayer Insignia brands via CRM channels and increasing customer loyalty across the group's retail portfolio of both offline and online stores within the GCC. The role leads innovation and operational excellence across the CRM MarTech stack and owns business KPIs including YoY base growth, customer engagement, segmentation strategy, CRM channel contribution, and progression through the RFM model.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy across all CRM channels to deliver both commercial and business objectives.
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across both online and offline business units.
- Execute personalization at scale to increase channel engagement.
- Create category-specific strategies promoting cross sales.
- Implement a segmentation strategy mapped across an RFM model.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations on PII data.
- Improve lifecycle journeys to reduce customer lapse and reactivation.
- Overhaul retention programs to boost repeat frequency and CLTV.
- Develop acquisition strategies that outpace churn rate.
- Ensure accessible and actionable customer data for stakeholders.
- Align CRM activities with broader commercial goals with internal departments.
- Demonstrate value of CRM through data-driven insights to enhance experiences and sales.
- Analyze CRM campaign KPIs and use insights to refine strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud is accurate and used effectively.
- Own CRM trade budgets and costs.
- Support team in creating testing plans for non-CRM stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities where CRM adds incremental value.
- Articulate and analyze consumer segmentation strategies.
- Analyze CRM results to improve campaigns and inform roadmaps.
- Develop automated performance reporting and present actionable insights.
- Ensure best practice in all templates with personalization goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM professionals.
- Promote a test and learn culture.
- Conduct development reviews and performance appraisals.
- Set targets and KPIs based on business requirements.
Experience & skills
- A degree in Marketing/Business Administration is preferred but not required.
- Sales Force Marketing Cloud certification is necessary.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong commercial and trading experience, preferably in retail fashion.
- Data monetization expertise.
- Project management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Content Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
- Experience using AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript).
- Knowledge of data privacy laws such as GDPR and KSA PDPL.
- Proficiency in SFMC analytics tools and custom reporting.
- Fluency in English; Arabic preferred but not required.
- Proven experience leading CRM or marketing automation teams.
- Ability to work with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and Salesforce partners.
