Job description
The Head of Marketing at Keeta leads the strategic marketing function to drive growth across food delivery and consumer product services. This role is responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plan, aligning with business objectives, and translating competitive landscape insights, cultural nuances, festivals, consumer habits, and local market dynamics into actionable strategies. The position involves close collaboration with Consumer and Business stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing initiatives and to ensure marketing objectives align with operational goals. The role emphasizes team leadership, mentoring, and developing the marketing team to foster a high-performance culture while driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration in complex, global environments.

- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, aligning with business objectives and defining core strategies for growth.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitive landscape, user needs, and local market dynamics, including cultural and offline considerations, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Consumer and Business stakeholders, to align integrated marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Define and implement marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.
- Oversee brand management activities to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, measure ROI, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with operational and business objectives across regional and global markets.
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in complex business environments.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct competitive, market, and consumer behavior analyses.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring marketing teams.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and integrate marketing initiatives across departments.
- Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels and strategies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in food delivery, consumer products, or related industries is advantageous.
