Job description
Keeta (the international subsidiary of Meituan) seeks a Business Development Specialist in Manama to drive on-site merchant acquisition and growth for its food and consumer product delivery platform across the Middle East expansion. The role focuses on finding catering merchants through effective appointments and efficient door-to-door visits, negotiating and reaching cooperation agreements, assisting partner restaurants to set up online stores on the platform, and delivering training on managing their online delivery business. The specialist collaborates with partner merchants to plan online marketing campaigns and provide professional delivery-operations solutions, conducts regular visits to maintain customer relationships, and coordinates with internal departments to resolve daily merchant queries. Daily work is primarily field-based with on-site negotiations and service provision; English and Arabic are used as working languages (basic reading and writing in English required), proficiency in using working software is expected, and a working VISA is required. The position emphasizes business negotiation, market development, merchant onboarding, training delivery, online campaign planning, delivery operations support, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration within a rapidly scaling, global and diversified team environment.
