The Manager - Cybersecurity, Advisors & Consulting Services at Mastercard in the United Arab Emirates is part of the Advisors & Consulting Services team within Mastercard Services, which focuses on acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. The role combines traditional management consulting with Mastercardās proprietary data assets, platforms, technologies, and data-driven insights to deliver strategic recommendations and impactful solutions to clients across banking, payments, retail, restaurants, and other industries. The Manager leads client engagements across a variety of industries and problem statements, developing strategies and programs for large regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value. The position requires ownership of key relationships with mid-level to senior stakeholders, independent assessment of client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness, and the application of structured problem solving techniques to address strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges. The role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant cybersecurity and fraud-related solutions, and build intellectual capital. Responsibilities also include proposal drafting, identifying new business development opportunities, analytical leadership, financial and KPI analysis, advanced use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ensuring compliance with Mastercardās information security policies, confidentiality, integrity standards, and mandatory security training requirements. Preferred expertise includes cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and fraud within payments and financial services.

Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagements across industries, delivering strategies and programs leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
- Own and manage relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture, and change readiness
- Lead teams to generate creative insights, structured recommendations, and impactful client presentations
- Provide analytical leadership and day-to-day project delivery oversight in a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with internal Product and Business Development teams to scope projects and develop relevant cybersecurity and fraud solutions
- Identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals to scope new consulting engagements
- Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-job training to junior consultants
- Ensure adherence to Mastercard security policies, safeguard confidentiality and integrity of information, and report any suspected information security violations
Experience & skills
- Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
- Experience managing teams across multiple consulting engagements involving structured problem solving and stakeholder management
- Experience managing key client relationships
- Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
- Ability to identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective communication skills in English and local office language if applicable
- Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates and travel to client sites as required
- Preferred experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and fraud within payments or financial services; MBA or Masterās degree preferred
