Trade products within ADCB's Transaction Banking business make up the portfolio this Product Manager develops in the Corporate & Investment Banking Group in Abu Dhabi. The role is open to UAE Nationals only and offered on a 3-year fixed-term contract. Strategy from your line manager becomes a differentiated product value proposition that addresses client needs and captures market opportunities. Cross-selling strategies help lift customer acquisition, activation and retention. Market intelligence matters a great deal, covering market sizing, competitor positioning, customer segmentation and new opportunities. Portfolio quality, composition and risk recognition are reviewed regularly against the bank's risk strategy and market conditions. A team works under your supervision, contributing to targets and to change initiatives across the business. Expect to bring at least 6 years in banking or financial services including product management, strong Transaction Banking product knowledge, financial analysis and project management skills, and a CPM or equivalent certification.
