Key responsibilities

• Create and revise content for messaging, internal communications, press/media/editorials/reports, website/digital platforms, marketing materials and events/speaking opportunities
• Translate projects, assets and insights into compelling content accessible to outside audiences – on behalf of Zayed Sustainability Prize and as needed
• Research and develop content for the Prize’s monthly newsletter
• Serve as a gatekeeper to proof content and ensure quality control; maintain effective system of review and approval so that all relevant feedback is incorporated; create and maintain editorial style guides to ensure language consistency and accuracy
• Maintain productive relationships with relevant internal and external partners to keep abreast of industry news and company strategies to maintain relevance of all communication materials
• Maintain good working relationships with all departments to ensure cooperative and prompt approvals and the constant flow of requisite information
• Contribute to the Prize’s thought leadership series, Voices of Sustainability, including finding global thought leaders to be featured. Contribute to developing concept notes and all other content related to the series
• Conduct research for speaking opportunities, industry intelligence, messaging and spokesperson positioning
• Compliance with standards, forms, preparation of relevant updates and reports
