Job description
The Head of Operations (Tracks) will own the end-to-end operational performance of school-based programs across Saudi Arabia, leading the execution engine that connects product design, curriculum delivery, tech platforms, people, and physical infrastructure into a seamless student and teacher experience. The role oversees daily operations, manages the PMO function, and collaborates with Product, Learning, Platform Ops, Experience, Schools, and Facilities to ensure every classroom runs on time, every launch is executed to spec, and every school is ready to scale. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth day-to-day running of all Tracks programs (scheduling, resource allocation, platform execution, staffing inputs), driving the operational execution rhythm across school and regional teams, actively tracking performance against targets via dashboards, resolving blockers in real time, and identifying and fixing operational pain points before they impact outcomes. The role designs and manages a Project Management Office to implement cross-functional initiatives related to Tracks operations, owns the delivery roadmap for launches, pilots, process improvements, and system upgrades, monitors execution dependencies across teams, and ensures accountability to timelines and standards. It requires designing and rolling out playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and operational cadences for scaling across regions and formats, ensuring processes are repeatable, measurable, and ready to scale, operating with systems thinking, urgency and discipline, deep collaboration, and continuous improvement using tools such as OKRs, Gantt charts, retrospectives, dashboards, and issue tracking systems.
