Job description
Reporting to the GCC (excl. KSA) Operations Lead, this Senior Associate in EY's Talent team in Dubai covers HR operations across the whole employee lifecycle for the cluster. The role is open to Emirati Nationals and offered on a permanent basis. Employee relations work is a big part of it, including disciplinary, PIP and grievance investigations run through the ERCMS tool. Involuntary separations, probation terminations and performance dismissals need careful guidance on exit packages and legal implications. Counsellors rely on you for coaching on performance management and talent development. Managed Services escalate issues to you, and Talent Consultants and Talent Development receive insights through the HR Operations Lead. Local legal updates are shared with the business and the Talent team, and new joiners go through Induction and WTEY sessions that you deliver. Expect to bring 4 to 5 years in HR operations within a professional services firm or complex organization, experience with shared services and cross-border work in MENA, and ideally a CIPD or the intention to pursue one.
