Job description
Based in Riyadh, KSA, the Talent Acquisition Partner at Veeamā#1 global market leader in data resilienceādrives end-to-end hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles across EMEA. The role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, and screening through interviews, offer process, and hire confirmation; partners with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape tailored recruitment strategies; executes strategic sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify and engage high-quality candidates; manages interview scheduling and provides a stellar candidate experience; uses Greenhouse ATS to track candidates, maintain accurate stage progression, and surface recruitment metrics; compiles weekly reporting and market intelligence on talent availability and trends; champions employer branding to position Veeam as an employer of choice; builds and maintains proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs; and collaborates on compelling, accurate job descriptions and success profiles aligned to business needs. The position operates in a hybrid model and emphasizes data-driven approaches, bilingual (English/Arabic) communication, and consultative partnership with business and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless, scalable hiring across the region.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offers, and hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles across EMEA
- Execute strategic sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to advise on processes and craft tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by coordinating interviews and communications while tracking progress and metrics in Greenhouse
- Compile and share weekly recruitment reports and market intelligence on talent trends and availability
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position Veeam as an employer of choice in target markets
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine compelling, accurate job descriptions and success profiles
Experience & skills
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience for high-volume Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles relevant to the EMEA region
- Consultative recruiting approach with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Proficiency in sourcing and interviewing techniques and use of selection instruments to ensure best-fit hires
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
