Job description
Regulatory reporting only holds up when the data behind it is complete, consistent and traceable, and keeping it that way is the reason this Business Banking manager position at ADCB exists. Business Banking sits within the Retail Banking Group (RBG), which serves retail and micro-business customers across conventional and Shari'ah compliant banking. Your focus is governance, control monitoring and regulatory implementation, making sure every reporting obligation is documented, tracked and delivered in line with approved policies and the bank's risk and control standards. Before submission, regulatory data passes through your review for completeness and source alignment so gaps, exceptions and control weaknesses surface early. New regulations, notices and audit observations land with you as well, and action trackers keep accountable stakeholders moving until each item is closed. Management information and dashboards give governance forums a clear view of submission readiness, exception trends and remediation progress. Finance, Risk, Compliance and Operations are regular contacts, while evidence packs, action logs and governance documentation keep the process audit ready. At least 6 years in banking or financial services is expected, with a background in regulatory reporting, risk and control, or management information. ADCB offers flexible and remote working options, subject to eligibility.
