Key responsibilities

• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including DHA, DOH, MOH, CAP, ISO 15189:2022, EIAC, and JCI compliance
• Assist in the procurement, inspection, tagging, and documentation of biomedical equipment, ensuring accurate recording in asset management systems
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and performance testing of medical equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment faults using technical schematics, diagnostic tools, and manufacturer documentation, including component replacement
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance history, and updates in the asset management system
• Inspect and validate maintenance, calibration, and repair activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Provide training and guidance to clinical teams on the safe and effective use of medical devices
• Promote patient-centered service and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and effective risk management while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
