Job description
The Sales Capture Specialist works as part of an Accenture sales team to support specific sales opportunities across the Middle East, with immersion into active deal teams to learn and apply Accentureās established sales best practices, tools, processes, and reporting frameworks. The role supports MMS management and New Business Meeting preparation while contributing to structured bid management activities within live deals. This includes supporting the management of win strategies, negotiation strategies, close plan activities, and required internal approvals. In addition to bid management responsibilities, the role supports deal shaping activities, commercial negotiations, and relationship building with client-side stakeholders involved in sales pursuits. The position operates under the guidance of more senior sales professionals and is designed to build hands-on experience across complex consulting sales cycles, capture management processes, and enterprise deal execution within a global professional services environment.

- Support specific sales opportunities as part of an integrated sales team under the guidance of senior sales professionals
- Apply Accenture sales best practices, tools, processes, and reporting frameworks to active sales pursuits
