Job description
The Site and Engineering Coordinator serves as a key liaison among We One Department, DP World, and various stakeholders, ensuring efficient implementation of security systems projects. This role includes defining functional specifications, conducting site surveys, monitoring project execution, managing communication and reporting, and overseeing compliance with quality and security standards. The coordinator is also responsible for planning workshops, ensuring alignment with technical and operational requirements, and supporting special projects as assigned.

Key responsibilities
- Act as a liaison among We One Department, DP World, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors during security system implementation
- Define functional specifications for security solution projects and clarify technical interfaces
- Conduct site surveys and prepare assessment reports to identify suitable security solutions
- Monitor and follow up on project activities for quality control and implementation progress
- Coordinate risk assessments and develop security plans in collaboration with security teams
- Plan workshops with stakeholders to define scope of works and identify additional training or support requirements
- Ensure consistent communication with the We One office and protect We Oneās interests in all projects
- Oversee project activities to verify quality and compliance with standards
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to WS Engineering Office and DP We One Department
- Support special projects and internal meetings as assigned by the Line Manager
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree in Electronics and Communication, Electrical, or IT Engineering
- PMP Certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in configuration and commissioning of integrated security systems
- Experience in CCTV, Access Control, and Integrated Security Solutions
- Strong knowledge of emerging technology trends in the security field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills
- Customer-focused, creative, and a team player
