The Business & Technology Delivery Senior Analyst role at Accenture Technology within the CMT (Communications, Media, and Technology) Technology team focuses on delivering technology-led transformation programs for telecommunications clients by leveraging industry experience, innovation hubs, and leading technologies from ecosystem partners and startups. The role involves working closely with client stakeholders to understand complex business challenges, design technology solutions, and support end-to-end delivery across domains such as BSS, OSS, cloud platforms, integration, and digital platforms. The position requires contributing to solution architecture, integration design, and process mapping while supporting the development of technology roadmaps and implementation strategies. The analyst participates in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring alignment between business and technology requirements. The role includes applying knowledge of Telco business processes such as order management, billing, CRM, and network operations, as well as working with BSS/OSS systems and integration patterns. It also requires understanding cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and implementing API-based architectures. The candidate is expected to utilize digital transformation methodologies, agile delivery frameworks, and DevOps practices to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. The role operates in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment, emphasizing continuous learning, certifications such as TM Forum and cloud platforms, and staying current with telecommunications industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation at scale and deliver business transformation outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with client teams to gather and analyze business and technology requirements and align them with solution delivery objectives
- Support the design and delivery of telecommunications transformation initiatives across BSS, OSS, cloud platforms, integration layers, and digital platforms
- Contribute to solution architecture, integration design, and process mapping to ensure scalable and efficient system implementations
- Develop technology roadmaps and implementation strategies aligned with client business goals and digital transformation initiatives
- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder engagements to ensure accurate solution design and delivery alignment
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions using agile delivery and DevOps practices while adhering to integration patterns and API-based architectures
- Stay current with telecommunications industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices including cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 3–6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry within consulting or technology delivery roles
- Exhibit knowledge of Telco business processes including order management, billing, CRM systems, and network operations
- Show exposure to BSS/OSS systems and integration patterns with hands-on involvement in solution architecture and integration design
- Demonstrate understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP and API-based architectures for scalable system design
- Apply experience with digital transformation initiatives, agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices in project environments
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Possess relevant certifications such as TM Forum, cloud platforms, or integration tools as an added advantage
